King Air C90GTx Private Jet Charter

Introduced in 2010, the King Air C90 GTX is similar to the original King Air C90 (new winglets and strakes were added to the tail), with the exception of power and avionics. PT6A-135 engines add greater power and the airplane needs 500 feet less room to clear a 50-foot obstacle on departure when compared to an original C90. These more efficient and powerful engines offer a greater payload on full fuel and add nearly 100 nautical miles of IFR range at 903 when compared to the original C90 King Air’s 830.

An improved yaw dampener increases comfort for passengers. The cabin is sleek and looks roomier when compared to its older sibling, even though the dimensions are the same. Typical interior arrangements offer four captain’s chairs in a club seating arrangement with a fifth passenger keeping the pilot company upfront. Standard folding tables still adorn the walls of the club area and a lav is in the rear like its predecessors.

The flight deck is all glass with digital avionics and even the standby horizon is an LCD screen. Other developments differing from older models include touch screen computerized checklists, customizable screens, and digital layouts, and the ability to upload digital charts straight to the on-panel screens. With all this technology, takeoff capability of less than 2500 feet of runway, and greater performance and range, the King Air GTX is a new breed of executive transport.
