GENERAL

This quote is based on current aircraft and crew availability and subject to change.  Upon acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein, this document becomes a legal and binding contract.  WorldWide Aviation reserves the right to charge the card holder for any damage to aircraft resulting from negligence.

ITINERARY CHANGES & TRANSMITTAL OF CHANGES

Itinerary changes are permitted, but subject to aircraft and crew availability and subject to price adjustments. Notification of changes and/or cancellations must be in writing and sent to our offices by fax/email. Client must call our office 954.359.5999 to confirm receipt of such changes.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy must much that of the air charter operator therefore may vary with flights.

All one way charters have a 100% cancellation fee. All cancellations within 48 hrs of charters have a 100% cancellation fee.

All no shows will be charged 100% cancellation fee.

RESPONSIBILITY

WorldWide Aviation Group, LLC does NOT operate the aircraft. All flights are conducted by FAA licensed part 135, 125 or 121 operators or foreign applicable CAA. Aircraft remains of full operational control of the operator at all times. WorldWide Aviation Group, LLC is not liable for expenses incurred for replacement transportation in the case of mechanicals, weather or other. WorldWide Aviation Group, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused by the defect of any vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements for your trip or by accident, delay, flight schedule, change, cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any similar cause. Our liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated in and governed by the laws of the state(s) in which we have our principal business location.

DOCUMENTATION

Photo ID’s are required prior to flight. Additionally, official travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are the responsibility of each passenger. All passenger information must be received 48 hours prior to flight, unless instructed otherwise. Failure to do so may result in delays. All Passengers flying with Visas, Visa Waivers, and/or Recent Passport Submission with valid receipt and confirmation must fax documentation to our offices 48 hours prior to departure
